Syen is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using Syen, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must not use this application.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Syen ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs your use of the Syen mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Syen, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for all users. This document outlines our policies regarding user-generated content, data protection, in-app purchases, and community standards.
2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Payment Information
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All transactions are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
2.1 Types of Purchases
Syen offers the following types of in-app purchases:
- Premium Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content
- Virtual Currency (Coins): In-app currency that can be used to unlock features, access premium content, or make purchases within the application
- One-Time Purchases: Individual items, features, or content that can be purchased once and permanently unlocked
- Premium Features: Access to advanced features, tools, or exclusive content
2.2 Subscription Plans
Syen offers subscription plans with the following features:
- Access to exclusive premium content and features
- Ad-free experience
- Priority customer support
- Early access to new features
- Enhanced customization options
- Unlimited access to premium tools and resources
Subscription prices and terms are displayed in the application and may vary by region. All prices are in your local currency and are subject to applicable taxes.
2.3 Subscription Terms
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Free Trials: If you start a free trial, your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled
2.4 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage your subscriptions and cancel at any time through:
- iOS Settings: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, then select Syen and manage your subscription
- App Store: Open the App Store app, tap your profile, then tap Subscriptions
- In-App: Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription Management within the Syen application
If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to premium features at the end of the billing period.
2.5 Virtual Currency (Coins)
- Purchase: Coins can be purchased through in-app purchases at various price points
- Usage: Coins can be used to unlock features, access premium content, or make purchases within the application
- Non-Refundable: Coins are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Expiration: Coins do not expire unless your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Transfer: Coins are non-transferable and cannot be transferred between accounts
- Balance: You can view your current coin balance in your account settings
2.6 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store payment system
- We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information
- Payment information is handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy
- All transactions are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
- Prices displayed in the app are subject to change without notice
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on purchases
2.7 Refund Policy
Refund Requests

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's refund policy and may vary based on:

Subscription Refunds: If you cancel a subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
Virtual Currency Refunds: Coins and other virtual currency purchases are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or unauthorized purchases as determined by Apple.
One-Time Purchase Refunds: Refunds for one-time purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy and are typically only available within a limited time frame after purchase.
2.8 Price Changes and Promotions
- We reserve the right to change prices for subscriptions, virtual currency, and other in-app purchases at any time
- Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
- You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect for subscriptions
- We may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers from time to time
- Promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions and may have expiration dates
- We are not obligated to offer refunds or price adjustments for purchases made before a price change or promotion
2.9 Failed Payments and Account Suspension
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again
- If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
- You will be notified of payment failures and given an opportunity to update your payment method
- Access to premium features may be restricted if payment cannot be processed
- We are not responsible for service interruptions due to payment failures
2.10 Family Sharing
Syen subscriptions may be eligible for Apple Family Sharing, subject to Apple's Family Sharing terms and conditions. Family Sharing eligibility and features may vary by subscription type and region.
2.11 Purchase Restrictions
- You must be at least 18 years old to make in-app purchases
- If you are under 18, you must have parental consent and supervision to make purchases
- We reserve the right to limit or restrict purchases to prevent fraud or abuse
- Purchases are final unless otherwise stated or required by law
- We may refuse or cancel purchases if we suspect fraudulent activity
2.12 Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, we may suspend or terminate your account until the dispute is resolved. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
CRITICAL: Content Standards and Prohibited Content
Syen is a community platform that allows users to share content. All users must comply with our content standards. Violation of these standards will result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
4.1 Prohibited Content Categories
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Syen and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination:
4.1.1 Sexual or Adult Content
- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Sexually suggestive content, including but not limited to explicit imagery, sexual acts, or sexual services
- Content that sexualizes minors or appears to do so
- Sexual solicitation or requests for sexual encounters
- Content promoting escort services, adult entertainment, or sexual commerce
4.1.2 Violent, Graphic, or Disturbing Content
- Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of extreme physical harm
- Content showing real or simulated death, severe injury, or mutilation
- Disturbing imagery that may cause psychological distress
- Content glorifying or promoting violence
- Graphic medical procedures or surgical content without appropriate warnings
- Content depicting animal cruelty or abuse
- Self-harm content or content encouraging self-harm
4.1.3 Gambling and Betting Content
- Promotion of gambling activities, betting services, or casino games
- Content encouraging participation in gambling or betting
- Links to gambling websites or betting platforms
- Content promoting lottery, raffle, or other games of chance
- Information about gambling strategies or tips
4.1.4 Illegal Drugs and Substance Abuse
- Content promoting, selling, or facilitating the use of illegal drugs
- Depictions of drug use, drug paraphernalia, or drug manufacturing
- Content promoting prescription drug misuse or abuse
- Information on how to obtain, produce, or use illegal substances
- Content glorifying substance abuse or addiction
- Promotion of drug-related commerce or services
4.1.5 Political Content
- Political campaigning, endorsements, or advocacy
- Content promoting specific political parties, candidates, or political movements
- Political propaganda or partisan content
- Content that may influence elections or political processes
- Political fundraising or solicitation
- Content that may be considered political advertising
4.1.6 Discriminatory, Hateful, or Harassing Content
- Content that discriminates against, attacks, or demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Hate speech, slurs, or derogatory language targeting protected groups
- Content promoting hate groups, extremist ideologies, or supremacist movements
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users
- Threats of violence or harm directed at individuals or groups
- Content that incites hatred or violence against protected groups
- Discriminatory stereotypes or generalizations about protected groups
4.1.7 Additional Prohibited Content
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property
- Personal information of others without consent (doxxing)
- False or misleading information that may cause harm
- Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Content that impersonates others or misrepresents identity
- Malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
4.2 User Conduct Standards
In addition to content restrictions, users must adhere to the following conduct standards:
- Respectful Communication: Treat all users with respect and civility. Do not engage in personal attacks, name-calling, or abusive language.
- No Harassment: Do not harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users. This includes repeated unwanted contact, following users across the platform, or creating accounts to circumvent blocks.
- No Trolling: Do not post inflammatory, off-topic, or disruptive content intended to provoke negative reactions.
- Authentic Content: Do not post misleading, false, or deceptive content. Clearly label any edited, manipulated, or synthetic content.
- Privacy Respect: Do not share private information about others without their explicit consent.
- No Spam: Do not post repetitive, unsolicited, or promotional content that disrupts the user experience.
4.3 Content Moderation and Enforcement
We employ a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review and moderate content on Syen. Our moderation process includes:
- Automated content filtering using advanced detection algorithms
- Human review of reported content and flagged posts
- Proactive monitoring of user activity and content patterns
- Regular audits of content and user accounts
4.4 Enforcement Actions
Violations of our UGC Policy may result in the following actions, depending on the severity and frequency of violations:
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
- Warning: Formal warning notification to the user
- Temporary Suspension: Account suspension for a specified period (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days)
- Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of the user account and prohibition from using Syen
- Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement or pursuing legal remedies for severe violations
5. Reporting Mechanism
How to Report Violating Content or Behavior
We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly. Your reports help us maintain a safe community.
5.1 In-App Reporting
Users can report content or behavior directly within the Syen application:
- Navigate to the content or user profile you wish to report
- Select the "Report" option from the content menu or profile options
- Choose the appropriate violation category from the list provided
- Provide additional context or details in the optional description field
- Submit your report

- Sexual or Adult Content
- Violent or Disturbing Content
- Gambling or Betting Content
- Illegal Drugs or Substance Abuse
- Political Content
- Discrimination or Hate Speech
- Harassment or Bullying
- Spam or Scam
- Copyright Infringement
- Impersonation or Fake Account
- Other Violation
5.4 Report Processing Timeline
We are committed to reviewing and responding to reports promptly:
- Urgent Reports: Reports involving threats, illegal activity, or immediate harm are reviewed within 1-4 hours
- Standard Reports: Most reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours
- Complex Reports: Reports requiring detailed investigation may take up to 7 business days
You will receive a confirmation when your report is received and an update when action is taken (subject to privacy limitations).
5.5 Anonymous Reporting
You may report content or behavior anonymously. However, providing your contact information helps us follow up with you if we need additional information or want to inform you of actions taken.
5.6 False Reporting
Filing false or malicious reports is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in action against your account. Reports should be made in good faith and based on genuine concerns about policy violations.
6. Content Review and Appeal Process
6.1 Content Removal Notifications
If your content is removed for violating our policies, you will receive a notification explaining:
- The specific policy violation
- The content that was removed
- The enforcement action taken (if any)
- Information about the appeal process
6.2 Appeal Process
If you believe your content was removed in error or you disagree with an enforcement action, you may appeal:
- Submit an appeal through the in-app appeal feature within 30 days of the action
- Or email your appeal to info@syennew.com with the subject line "Content Appeal"
- Include your username, the date of the action, and a detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect
Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team and typically resolved within 5-7 business days. We will notify you of the outcome.
6.3 Final Decisions
All moderation decisions are made in our sole discretion. While we strive for fairness and consistency, our decisions are final. However, we may reconsider decisions if new information becomes available.
7. User Responsibilities and Account Security
7.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that all content you post complies with this Agreement
- Respecting the intellectual property rights of others
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
7.2 Account Security
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on Syen. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting Syen.
8.2 Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of Syen, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.3 Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at info@syennew.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content and its location
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
9. Data Collection and Use
9.1 Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Username, email address, profile information
- Content: Posts, comments, messages, photos, and other content you create
- Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, features used, time spent
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers

- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, access times, referring URLs
- Purchase Information: Transaction history, subscription status, virtual currency balance (processed through Apple, we do not store payment details)

- With Apple for payment processing and subscription management (subject to Apple's privacy policy)
- In connection with a business transfer or merger
10. Privacy and Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
10.2 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities within 72 hours as required by GDPR and applicable laws.
11. Children's Privacy
Syen is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information immediately. 12. Third-Party Services and Links
Syen may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access. This includes Apple's App Store and payment processing services, which are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Agreement in the application
- Sending you an email notification (if you have provided an email address)
- Displaying a prominent notice in the application
Your continued use of Syen after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
For subscription changes: If we make material changes to subscription terms or pricing, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the application settings or by contacting us at info@syennew.com. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your device settings or App Store to avoid future charges.
14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement, engage in illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users. If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any purchases, including subscriptions or virtual currency.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use Syen will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations. Any unused virtual currency or remaining subscription time will be forfeited upon account termination for violations of this Agreement.
15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO APPLE'S PAYMENT PROCESSING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PAYMENT FAILURES, REFUND PROCESSING, OR SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT. ALL PAYMENT-RELATED ISSUES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO APPLE SUPPORT.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Syen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your content, your purchases, or your violation of this Agreement.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable under local law.
18. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Syen regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
